About the role

  • Leading Regional Marketing Managers, Business Developers, Regional Scientific Advisors, and Customer Support to develop and execute regional growth plans in close partnership with Sales Leaders.
  • Driving the annual pricing review process in collaboration with Business Finance.
  • Optimizing the regional product portfolio to improve top‑ and bottom‑line performance in close collaboration with BPUs.
  • Setting the annual regional market communications plan and prioritizing resources across industries.
  • Identifying and scaling new regional growth bets by prioritizing resources to mature high‑potential opportunities.
  • Driving regional innovation, new product launches, and marketing and sales enablement across customer segments to achieve growth targets.
  • Accelerating business development across segments and geographies through proactive sales growth, performance analysis, and delivery of sales, profit, and customer satisfaction goals.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or a related field.
  • Experience in regional or global B2B marketing within technical or scientific product categories.
  • 8–12 years of experience in commercial or strategic marketing roles, including leading teams and driving regional growth strategies in complex, technical industries.
  • Strong capabilities in portfolio management, pricing, product launches, market segmentation, and growth planning.
  • Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and collaborate effectively with Sales, Finance, Product Development, and Global Marketing.
  • Competency in data analytics, digital marketing tools, change management, innovation leadership, and customer‑centric strategy.
  • The ability to drive customer centricity and digital transformation through curiosity, innovation, entrepreneurial thinking, and data‑driven, collaborative leadership.
