💰 $100,000 - $110,000 per year

About the role

  • Responsibility for category management and supplier relationship management for the assigned category scope
  • Developing and implementing a sustainable global category strategy aligned with business needs
  • Negotiating contracts, terms, and conditions to achieve value creation
  • Conducting relevant change management activities to ensure that your results are anchored in the organization
  • Driving and fostering strong collaboration with internal stakeholders
  • Identifying and mitigating potential risks within the supply chain
  • Delivering on global business targets and KPIs supporting the overall strategy and roadmap of Global Packaging Procurement

Requirements

  • Strategic Procurement and/or business-related experience within Packaging for minimum 3 years
  • Relevant education at master level within Business, Packaging, Supply Chain, or relevant
  • Proven experience as a Category Manager
  • Knowledge from the Production or Packaging industry
  • Excellent negotiation skills and good knowledge of commercial agreements
  • Experience within Biotech, Food, Life Science or similar regulated industries is seen as an advantage
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills with internal- & external stakeholders
  • Comfortable working in a complex, changing, and global environment
