About the role
- Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation and planning through execution, commissioning and handover
- Translate program/portfolio objectives into project plans, schedules, budgets and deliverables
- Coordinate internal stakeholders and external partners
- Control scope, schedule, cost and quality
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and drive mitigation and recovery plans
- Ensure facilities are built to meet GMP-related requirements
- Work closely with the Site Construction Manager and others to ensure safe, compliant execution
- Manage interfaces between various works
- Support commissioning, start-up and handover to operations teams
- Organize and lead regular project meetings
- Prepare project status reports and escalate major deviations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering (e.g. Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil), Pharmaceutical Engineering, Project Management or related field
- 5+ years of project management experience in industrial projects
- Experience working on multicultural project sites
- Familiar with fermentation, recovery, spray dry, and packaging etc. process
- Solid understanding of project management processes (scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, procurement, stakeholder management)
- Familiarity with GMP-related facility requirements and industrial construction/installation practices
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Good problem-solving ability
- English proficiency suitable for daily management, technical and commercial communication, and reporting; additional local language skills are a plus.
