About the role
- Being present on the manufacturing floor, supporting production teams with day-to-day quality questions and problem solving.
- Conducting GMP inspections and walkthroughs, identifying issues early and helping drive practical solutions.
- Coordinating and supporting customer complaint investigations, working cross-functionally to identify root cause and corrective actions.
- Helping resolve deviations and nonconformances by partnering with operations, maintenance, and quality colleagues.
- Supporting a regional quality team, gaining exposure to multiple production sites and processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field
- 3-5 years’ experience in quality assurance
- Strong understanding and background in SAP
- HACCP Certified, PCQI Certification is a bonus
- A natural problem solver who enjoys understanding how processes work and how to improve them
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially when working with production teams
- Comfort working in a GMP manufacturing environment and on the production floor
