About the role
- Act as a strategic business partner and serve as the primary point of contact for selected leaders, participating as a member of their leadership team meetings.
- Represent HR by challenging assumptions, providing guidance and coaching on HR-related matters, including key people processes, and ensuring successful adoption of global people concepts.
- Collaborate with business leaders to identify talent gaps and develop strategies to attract, develop, and retain top-tier talent aligned with business needs, working closely with Regional Talent Acquisition Partners.
- Support leaders in developing their organization and leadership teams (facilitating sessions with selected leadership teams and partnering with Learning, Leadership & Culture).
- Facilitate a robust talent management process to nurture successor candidates.
- Support leaders with organizational design, implementation planning, and change facilitation.
- Lead HR initiatives related to organizational change and cultural transformation.
- Deliver clear, concise communication and guidance to ensure aligned and efficient approaches across Novonesis.
Requirements
- Degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese
- Proven experience in an HR Business Partner role or similar, with a track record of providing strategic HR support
- Strong ability to build trust and maintain effective relationships with diverse stakeholders across all levels of the organization
- Global perspective with the ability to navigate cultural differences and adapt to changing business needs
- Analytical skills, leveraging data, metrics, and HR insights to make informed decisions
- Excellent problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
