About the role
- Provide support to our internal clients, expertly troubleshooting technical issues related to applications, operating systems, and computer hardware.
- Install and configure Linux and Windows systems and software, adhering to established company procedures.
- Support database operations by writing simple SQL queries, analyzing routine errors, and executing backup processes.
- Develop and maintain clear and accessible user manuals and technical documentation.
Requirements
- Strong practical knowledge of Linux and Windows Server operating systems.
- Fundamental understanding of SQL (e.g., ability to write basic SELECT and UPDATE queries).
- A solid grasp of LAN/WAN configuration and common networking challenges.
- Basic knowledge of virtualization concepts and technologies.
- Fluency in Polish and a communicative level of English.
- Nice to have:
- - Prior experience in the IT industry or a related field.
- - Ability to write scripts (e.g., PowerShell and Bash) to automate tasks.
- - Communicative ability in Ukrainian (useful for serving our diverse client base).
