About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop, implement, and optimise project controls tools and systems
Monitor, analyse, and report on project progress and performance
Set up, maintain, and update comprehensive project schedules in Primavera P6
Analyse schedule data, identify critical paths, and provide actionable insights to project leadership
Generate reports and visualisations using Primavera P6
Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders across disciplines
Leverage technical skills and digital tools to automate reporting and improve decision-making
Provide project management with reporting and decision support throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements

What you’ll need

Engineering degree, preferably in Design & Innovation, Process & Innovation, Mechanical Engineering, or Civil Engineering
Data-driven approach with strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to foster stakeholder relationships and facilitate effective collaboration
Strong people and team collaboration skills across disciplines
Fluency in English, written and spoken
Experience with Primavera P6 is advantageous
Project experience, particularly in large investment projects, is advantageous
Experience collaborating across finance, engineering, and project teams is advantageous
Interest in advanced project scheduling and digital tools is advantageous
