About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Preparing, compiling and submitting regulatory applications and lifecycle management activities to health authorities across relevant markets
Providing regulatory strategic input to cross-functional project teams to support product development and commercialisation timelines
Monitoring and interpreting evolving regulatory requirements, guidelines and legislation to ensure ongoing compliance
Building and maintaining strong relationships with health authorities, acting as a key point of contact during regulatory procedures
Contributing to the development of labelling, product information and promotional material review from a regulatory perspective
Supporting due diligence activities and regulatory assessments for business development opportunities
Collaborating closely with colleagues in medical affairs, commercial strategy and quality to align regulatory activities with broader portfolio goals

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine or a related field (MSc or PhD preferred)
3+yrs experience in regulatory affairs within the pharmaceutical industry, including hands-on involvement in regulatory submissions and lifecycle management
Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and guidelines and the ability to interpret and apply evolving requirements
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to convey complex regulatory information clearly to cross-functional teams
A structured and detail-oriented approach, combined with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Fluency in English, both written and spoken
Thai citizen or permanent resident mandatory
