About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Supervising day-to-day usage, processes, operation and maintenance of OSB and CDW
- Managing vendor relationships including developing and negotiating SLAs
- Driving incident and problem management in collaboration with vendors and architects
- Ensuring systems remain compliant with quality management procedures and regulatory guidelines
- Actively participating in Agile meetings to define system strategy
- Creating and evaluating funding models to ensure sufficient support levels
- Championing continuous improvement of processes surrounding the systems.
Requirements
What you’ll need- A Bachelor of Engineering (or equivalent) with 16+ years of IT experience
- 5+ years in system management, service delivery, operational vendor management or IT operations and maintenance
- Experience working in GxP-regulated processes and Agile setups
- Good knowledge of ITIL frameworks
- Strong vendor management capabilities including contract negotiation, performance monitoring and relationship building
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A high degree of independence and drive combined with strong coaching skills
- Experience working in the healthcare domain is expected
- Knowledge of clinical data systems is an advantage.
