About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Supervising day-to-day usage, processes, operation and maintenance of OSB and CDW
  • Managing vendor relationships including developing and negotiating SLAs
  • Driving incident and problem management in collaboration with vendors and architects
  • Ensuring systems remain compliant with quality management procedures and regulatory guidelines
  • Actively participating in Agile meetings to define system strategy
  • Creating and evaluating funding models to ensure sufficient support levels
  • Championing continuous improvement of processes surrounding the systems.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A Bachelor of Engineering (or equivalent) with 16+ years of IT experience
  • 5+ years in system management, service delivery, operational vendor management or IT operations and maintenance
  • Experience working in GxP-regulated processes and Agile setups
  • Good knowledge of ITIL frameworks
  • Strong vendor management capabilities including contract negotiation, performance monitoring and relationship building
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A high degree of independence and drive combined with strong coaching skills
  • Experience working in the healthcare domain is expected
  • Knowledge of clinical data systems is an advantage.
