About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the strategic governance and continuous improvement of the global pharmacovigilance system framework
Oversee the governance of pharmacovigilance regulatory intelligence, process management, organizational training, and change implementation
Chair or facilitate regulatory intelligence governance board
Provide strategic recommendations to the EU QPPV and senior leadership regarding implementation priorities and compliance risks
Drive the design, implementation, review, and optimisation of pharmacovigilance processes, standards, procedures, and ways of working
Develop and oversee the global pharmacovigilance training governance framework
Lead and develop a team of Process Excellence professionals

Requirements

What you’ll need

A relevant degree in life sciences and/or pharmaceutical industry
Minimum of 10 years' relevant pharmacovigilance experience
Significant experience within pharmacovigilance operations, quality systems, governance, compliance, or QPPV Office functions
Preferred experience in PV regulatory intelligence, process governance and training or experience in agile product/process management and digitalisation
Deep understanding of worldwide PV regulation
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Demonstrated ability to provide strategic planning, governance, and oversight across multiple large-scale, complex assignments
Team-oriented mindset with flexibility, change readiness, and a drive to simplify while maintaining compliance
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
