Requirements

What you’ll need

A master's degree within Business or Human Resources
3+ years of experience in Global Benefits / Total Rewards (or equivalent)
Strong understanding of benefits and experience setting and applying global minimum standards to ensure a consistent employee experience across multiple countries
Proven capability in vendor and insurance management and governance, combined with a solid analytical mindset and the ability to evaluate market positioning and benchmarking
Strong stakeholder collaboration and project management skills, with the ability to translate strategy into clear communication using PowerPoint
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and lead projects end to end, communicating fluently in English.
