Requirements
What you’ll need- A master's degree within Business or Human Resources
- 3+ years of experience in Global Benefits / Total Rewards (or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of benefits and experience setting and applying global minimum standards to ensure a consistent employee experience across multiple countries
- Proven capability in vendor and insurance management and governance, combined with a solid analytical mindset and the ability to evaluate market positioning and benchmarking
- Strong stakeholder collaboration and project management skills, with the ability to translate strategy into clear communication using PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and lead projects end to end, communicating fluently in English.
