Requirements

What you’ll need

Hold a degree in a relevant scientific discipline
Bring solid 5+ years of experience in clinical trial operations and execution within a global setting
Have a proven ability to influence without authority and lead through networks
Are an excellent communicator and collaborator, with a global mindset
Demonstrate strong analytical thinking and the ability to translate complexity into actionable insights
Thrive in dynamic environments and are motivated by driving performance as well as continuous improvement and innovation
