About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support day-to-day operations and contribute to key supply chain and sourcing activities
- Supporting data management and contributing to workflow optimisation
- Assisting in the preparation of tenders, cost analyses, and business cases
- Supporting contract preparation and signature workflows
- Assisting category managers in cross-functional sourcing and development projects
- Preparing presentations and materials for stakeholder meetings, decision-making, and supplier interactions
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, including process optimisation and documentation updates
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently pursuing a master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, Materials Science, or a related field
- Structured, analytical, and eager to learn about supply chain operations and strategic sourcing
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with an interest in working with data
- Communicates effectively and demonstrates strong stakeholder awareness
- Proactive, collaborative, and motivated to contribute to team objectives
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Experience with Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with dashboards or procurement tools is considered an advantage
