About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead programme management and product ownership for AI and analytics initiatives
Act as Product Owner and Engagement Manager for the AI and analytics project pipeline
Own the analytics strategy and roadmap
Build relationships across Product & Portfolio Strategy and the wider organisation
Guide and mentor a team of data scientists, engineers and analytics partners
Contribute to portfolio-level governance of commercial AI projects

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of experience in data/AI programme management within the pharmaceutical or consumer-facing industry
A Master's degree in Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Finance or a related field
People leadership experience managing global delivery teams
Hands-on experience with 1st and 2nd party data sources (e.g. IQVIA, CRM)
Working knowledge of HIPAA, CCPA/CPRA and regulated-industry data governance
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
