About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • As our new Primary Care Representative, you will be the face of Novo Nordisk for general practitioners across Geneva, the surrounding areas and the Jura (excluding Lausanne city)
  • Executing targeted sales strategies to meet and exceed territory goals, using a smart mix of face-to-face visits and remote detailing
  • Building and strengthening trusted relationships with general practitioners, OBGYNs, MPAs and MPKs across your territory
  • Driving awareness of cardiometabolic disease and educating HCPs on the clinical benefits of our products
  • Developing and executing detailed territory business plans aligned with brand strategies and company objectives
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with Field Sales Managers, Specialist Care Representatives, Medical Science Liaisons, Marketing, Market Access and Medical to maximise impact
  • Using CRM tools to track interactions, analyse market trends and continuously sharpen your commercial tactics
  • Sharing competitive insights and best practices with the wider national team to drive collective success, while upholding the highest ethical and compliance standards

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of direct sales experience, ideally within pharmaceutical, healthcare or related FMCG sectors
  • A paramedical, medical or scientific education, or a related field; an SHQA certificate is an advantage
  • Fluency in French, plus basic knowledge of English and German
  • A natural ability to build credible, long-term relationships with HCPs and to translate clinical data into compelling, ethical conversations
  • Strong business acumen, personal leadership and a 'make-it-happen' mindset, paired with strong teamwork and adaptability in a changing environment
