Key responsibilities & impact

Own the Therapy Area Evidence Plans (TA EPs)
Drive your TA Evidence Plans to match the Therapy Area Strategy
Turn strategy, stakeholder insight and value messages into concrete evidence plans
Partner with the Evidence Synthesis lead for evidence execution
Act as the scientific authority on quality, credibility and compliance
Work across Global Medical Affairs, Market Access, Commercial, International Operations

Requirements

What you’ll need

A PhD and/or Master's in a health-related field (Health Economics, Pharmacoeconomics, Clinical Epidemiology or similar)
5-10+ years of relevant experience
Strong command of healthcare big data (claims, EHR, registries, PROs)
Sharp networking, presentation and collaboration skills
High integrity, strong ethics, a growth mindset and genuine cross-cultural awareness
Fluent written and spoken English
