Key responsibilities & impact

Drive structured problem solving and improvement initiatives from idea to realized impact
Coach leaders and key stakeholders on the shop floor to embed LEAN behaviors in everyday operations
Implement and support the continuous improvement of LEAN systems (e.g., Standard Work, Process Confirmation, Performance Management)

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of hands-on experience driving improvements in a production environment
Relevant academic background (e.g., engineering, production, chemistry, economics, or similar)
Proven track record of driving operational improvements using tools such as Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), and KATA
Strong foundation in LEAN systems and tools (e.g., Standard Work, A3, VSM, Performance Management, Process Confirmation)
Demonstrated experience in developing people through training, coaching, and feedback
Experience with project management from idea through mobilization and execution to sustainment
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
