Director, Global Total Rewards

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Set strategic direction and lead the execution of comprehensive Total Rewards solutions
- Combine strategic insight, data-driven decision-making and strong stakeholder collaboration
- Lead a global team of 11 Total Rewards professionals supporting Europe (excluding HQ), Canada and Emerging Markets
- Use internal and external market data to design competitive, compliant and scalable reward solutions aligned with business strategy
- Partner with senior leaders, HRBPs and Total Rewards HQ teams
- Develop team capability through knowledge sharing, coaching and a strong focus on continuous improvement
Requirements
What you’ll need- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration or a related field
- 7+ years of people leadership experience, ideally in a multi-functional or global context
- 5+ years of Total Rewards experience with strong knowledge of compensation and benefits principles, policies and governance
- proven success leading high-performing, engaged teams while supporting individual development
- excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling insights in English
