About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Set strategic direction and lead the execution of comprehensive Total Rewards solutions
Combine strategic insight, data-driven decision-making and strong stakeholder collaboration
Lead a global team of 11 Total Rewards professionals supporting Europe (excluding HQ), Canada and Emerging Markets
Use internal and external market data to design competitive, compliant and scalable reward solutions aligned with business strategy
Partner with senior leaders, HRBPs and Total Rewards HQ teams
Develop team capability through knowledge sharing, coaching and a strong focus on continuous improvement

Requirements

What you’ll need

A bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration or a related field
7+ years of people leadership experience, ideally in a multi-functional or global context
5+ years of Total Rewards experience with strong knowledge of compensation and benefits principles, policies and governance
proven success leading high-performing, engaged teams while supporting individual development
excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling insights in English
