Senior Training Partner – POCA BP Training Partnering

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead strategic training projects and shape role-specific training across Novo Nordisk’s non-manufacturing areas
- Own selected strategic training initiatives, such as role-specific training frameworks or simpler training governance
- Influence priorities through senior stakeholder forums
- Provide matrix leadership to training professionals across multiple EVP areas
- Build and present strategies, business cases, and project proposals to senior stakeholders
- Provide clear and timely progress updates
- Advise the Lead Training Partner and broader leadership teams
- Drive collaboration and change management across EVP areas
Requirements
What you’ll need- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in organisational psychology, human resources, business administration, learning, change management, or relevant field
- 5+ years of training- or business partnering, ideally including senior stakeholder advisory or cross-functional project leadership
- Solid experience in training, learning, operational excellence, performance consulting, project management, or organisational transformation
- Strong business understanding, communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Experience with digital, system, process, or technology adoption is an advantage
- Experience from pharma, healthcare, finance, or another regulated industry is preferred.
