About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead strategic training projects and shape role-specific training across Novo Nordisk’s non-manufacturing areas
  • Own selected strategic training initiatives, such as role-specific training frameworks or simpler training governance
  • Influence priorities through senior stakeholder forums
  • Provide matrix leadership to training professionals across multiple EVP areas
  • Build and present strategies, business cases, and project proposals to senior stakeholders
  • Provide clear and timely progress updates
  • Advise the Lead Training Partner and broader leadership teams
  • Drive collaboration and change management across EVP areas

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in organisational psychology, human resources, business administration, learning, change management, or relevant field
  • 5+ years of training- or business partnering, ideally including senior stakeholder advisory or cross-functional project leadership
  • Solid experience in training, learning, operational excellence, performance consulting, project management, or organisational transformation
  • Strong business understanding, communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Experience with digital, system, process, or technology adoption is an advantage
  • Experience from pharma, healthcare, finance, or another regulated industry is preferred.
