About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Leading medium‑complexity product development and LCM projects with accountability for quality, cost and timelines
Defining project scope, success criteria, plans and critical paths in alignment with portfolio priorities
Managing internal and external stakeholders, including external development partners where relevant
Driving effective cross‑functional collaboration, communication and decision‑making
Contributing to scenario planning and portfolio decisions across the CVP+ area

Requirements

What you’ll need

A Master’s degree (or higher) in a relevant field and formal project management training
Several years of relevant experience, including a minimum of 2 years in project management roles
Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders in a regulated environment
Strong stakeholder management, communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills
Fluency in written and spoken English
