About the role

  • Operate and maintain Facility Monitoring (FMS) and Building Management (BMS) systems in compliance with GMP and ISO standards.
  • Support your colleagues working with HVAC and participate in HVAC group meetings.
  • Monitor and optimize airflow, temperature, humidity, and pressure differentials in cleanroom environments.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to minimize downtime and ensure product integrity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, maintenance, and production.
  • Conduct regular inspections and performance assessments of HVAC systems to ensure reliability and compliance with validated state requirements.
  • Managing critical documentation including weekly release, change requests, deviations and validations.
  • Implementing preventive maintenance strategies to mitigate downtime and operational risks.
  • Maintaining SAP data accuracy and ensuring all activities are executed effectively.

Requirements

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Marine Engineering, Building Services, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in FMS/BMS or HVAC systems, preferably in pharmaceutical or aseptic manufacturing.
  • Advanced technical knowledge of room conditioning systems such as HVAC, BMS and FMS.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent project management skills with ability to lead utilities-related projects from planning through to execution and evaluation.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English. It is advantageous if you can speak Danish.
