Requirements

  • Master's Degree (preferably in quantitative/management discipline)
  • Undergraduate degree in Pharma (BPharm), Science/Biotechnology (BSc), or Engineering (BTech)
  • 4–6 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and basic VBA
  • Working knowledge of Power BI dashboarding
  • Strong strategic and analytical capabilities
  • Solid project management and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with fluency in English
  • Experience with IMS MIDAS database, SAP (Business Warehouse or Business Objects)
  • Knowledge of IPR modelling tools, Health Economics and Statistics tools
