Converts Information Technology strategy into reality through execution of high priority, complex projects.
Uses appropriate tools and techniques to successfully manage projects according to the triple constraints of scope, timeline and budget while fulfilling quality requirements and managing risks.
Ensures IT strategy has proper business alignment.
Manages and leads project teams, vendors and stakeholders so that stated project objectives, benefits and solution requirements are met.
Engages stakeholders to discuss the effectiveness of solutions and capabilities and their impact on business strategies and procedures.
Leverages in-depth knowledge of business functions, business processes and key objectives to develop solutions aligned with business needs.
Collaborates with business leaders to identify and prioritize projects to ensure the delivery of on time and quality solutions.
Participates in the project portfolio process and IT strategy development.
Develops partnerships with assigned business area(s) to understand their strategic direction and researches/evaluates new and future technologies to address business needs.
Facilitates cross-functional collaboration among necessary stakeholders when making decisions and developing strategic plans.
Provides partnership, insight and direction to cross-functional business leaders and stakeholders regarding IT policies, solutions and initiatives.
Collaborates with other functional areas to develop and deploy solutions that impact multiple areas in the organization.
Identifies project opportunities and pursues them from idea to post implementation.
Contributes to the development and maturing of Project and Process services and Information Technology in general.
Acts as the key contact for externally hosted applications, as necessary.
Oversees any change requests or performance related questions or issues.
Conducts project meetings with the line of business to discuss the scope and the approach of the project.
Ensures responsibilities are appropriately assigned across cross-functional teams and ensures that each team member is contributing in accordance with the goals and project deliverables.
Provides strategic leadership to large cross-functional projects using the Novo Nordisk IT project management methodology.

Requirements

A BS degree in Computer, Natural Science, Math or Business Administration is required.
A MS/MBA degree is preferred.
A minimum of 10 years progressively responsible experience with a minimum of 3 years in project management required.
Certification in Project Management or Lean Processing Methodology preferred.
Demonstrated expertise in MarTech business processes with hands-on experience managing projects and solutions built on Adobe platform, including AEM, CDP, AJO, and CJA.
Proven ability to manage IT vendors and third-party software providers within the Adobe Eco-System.
Extensive experiences in overseeing IT projects and end-to-end DevOps, including scope alignment, Azure DevOps (ADO) documentation, quality engineering (QE) testing, and release management.
Strong stakeholder management capabilities in cross-functional, dynamic, and fast-paced environments, with a demonstrated ability to navigate changes and uncertainties.
