Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
- Advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a training or managerial role.
- Proven track record in developing and delivering sales training programmes.
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical sales and customer relationship management is highly desirable.
- Proficient in designing and implementing effective sales training programs aligned with organizational strategies, ensuring teams are equipped to achieve performance targets.
- Skilled in delivering engaging, tailored training sessions that simplify complex sales concepts, enhance understanding, and promote long-term knowledge retention.
- Experienced in collaborating with marketing, product, and other teams to ensure training supports broader business goals, while inspiring and developing sales teams to reach their full potential.
- Deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and customer behavior, with the ability to analyze performance data and adapt training strategies to evolving market needs and client relationship management.
