About the role

  • Responsible for effectively coaching, developing, and leading the Rare Blood Community Liaisons
  • Engage and educate patients and caregivers, advocacy organizations, and specialty pharmacy representatives
  • Responsible for one-on-one engagement with patients and caregivers to educate on disease state and NNI products
  • Develop and execute patient engagement strategies for Rare Bleeding Disorders community in collaboration with marketing, sales, medical, and market access

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or equivalent degree, and/or Pharm D required
  • Minimum of 6 (six) years of progressive pharmaceutical, healthcare sales, or community engagement leadership experience required
  • 2 (two) years management experience preferred
  • 2 (two) years of experience in Hemophilia or Rare Bleeding Disorders preferred
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with peers and/or direct reports
  • Strong written and oral communications skills
  • Demonstrated ability to develop strong and lasting relationships with customers
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze business and build strategies that reflect marketplace trends and customer needs
  • Demonstrated passion for patients and community organization engagement
