About the role

  • Lead the development and execution of annual brand plans with clear positioning, segmentation, targeting and messaging strategies that drive competitive advantage in the Healthcare Professionals segment
  • Investigate and interpret market insights (both quantitative and qualitative) to inform long-term strategic plans and deliver on short-term business objectives
  • Manage the full spectrum of brand communications – from multi-channel marketing campaigns to sales force materials, training programmes and direct HCP engagement
  • Lead cross functional Brand Teams, ensuring alignment and accountability across Medical Affairs, Sales, Regulatory, and Corporate Affairs
  • Monitor market dynamics, competitor strategies and customer behaviour to identify opportunities and adapt tactics in real-time
  • Manage promotional budgets, vendor relationships and ROI analyses to optimise performance and demonstrate impact
  • Act as the 'Brand Champion' – the go-to expert on market positioning and key messaging for your designated brands

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • An additional master’s degree in marketing is an advantage
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as marketing Brand Manager with proven track record of developing and executing successful omnichannel marketing strategies
  • Solid experience in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Knowledge and genuine interest in the cardiometabolic area will be and advantage
  • Fluency in both Portuguese and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
