About the role
- Work closely with members of the Recruitment team and hiring managers
- Source and pre-screen candidates
- Update and organize the candidate database (HRIS / ATS)
- Conduct telephone pre-screening interviews
- Prepare candidates and hiring managers for interviews
- Participate in interview scheduling
- Attend technical interviews
Requirements
- 6-month internship as part of a Master’s degree in Human Resources, Work Psychology, Business, or equivalent
- Previous experience in recruitment or sourcing (internship or work-study)
- Comfortable conducting structured phone screenings
- Strong oral and written communication in French
- Proficient with computer tools (Excel)
- Interest in digital recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS, AI)
- Basic knowledge of English
