About the role

  • Work closely with members of the Recruitment team and hiring managers
  • Source and pre-screen candidates
  • Update and organize the candidate database (HRIS / ATS)
  • Conduct telephone pre-screening interviews
  • Prepare candidates and hiring managers for interviews
  • Participate in interview scheduling
  • Attend technical interviews

Requirements

  • 6-month internship as part of a Master’s degree in Human Resources, Work Psychology, Business, or equivalent
  • Previous experience in recruitment or sourcing (internship or work-study)
  • Comfortable conducting structured phone screenings
  • Strong oral and written communication in French
  • Proficient with computer tools (Excel)
  • Interest in digital recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS, AI)
  • Basic knowledge of English
