About the role

  • Managing spend and providing expert procurement support to all departments across IO-SO
  • Leading and coordinating projects across multiple IO regions
  • Partnering directly with the VP, Head of IO Procurement, on critical strategic initiatives
  • Serving as the primary liaison with Global Procurement
  • Identifying opportunities for procurement process optimisation and innovation
  • Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners

Requirements

  • Extensive procurement or sourcing experience, ideally within a global organisation with proven ability to manage cross-regional projects and stakeholders
  • Strong strategic thinking capabilities combined with hands-on execution skills
  • Exceptional relationship-building and influencing skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior leadership and diverse stakeholders across cultures and regions
  • Experience with digital procurement tools and innovation strategies
  • Outstanding organisational and project management abilities
  • Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are advantageous)
  • A relevant degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
