About the role
- You implement the national sales and marketing strategy and build sustainable relationships with key customers
- Independently plan, execute and analyze customer interactions and create a territory-specific activity plan
- Take responsibility for the commercial success of the focus products and organize regional training programs (in-person & digital)
- Actively participate in conferences, meetings and awareness campaigns to promote innovations and pipeline products
- Carefully document all activities in the CRM system and pursue continuous professional development through internal and external training
Requirements
- Certified pharmaceutical representative, pharmaceutical advisor, or comparable qualification according to §75 AMG (e.g., a degree in a natural science) is required
- Initial professional experience in pharmaceutical field sales is an advantage
- Experience in diabetes, cardiology or other cardiometabolic conditions is desirable but not mandatory
- Strong communication skills when interacting with diverse customer groups, especially in handling challenging situations
- Clear commercial target and customer orientation
- Experience with digital communication concepts
- Fluent written and spoken German is required
