Requirements

  • Seeking a 6-month internship
  • Master's-level studies in Human Resources, Occupational Psychology, Business, or equivalent
  • First experience in recruitment or sourcing (internship or work-study)
  • Comfortable communicating by phone
  • Excellent communication skills in French
  • Proficient with computer tools (Excel)
  • Interest in digital recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS, AI)
  • Basic knowledge of English
