About the role
- Work within the Talent Acquisition team
- Collaborate with Recruitment team members and hiring managers
- Source and pre-screen candidate profiles
- Update and organize the candidate database
- Conduct telephone pre-screening interviews
- Write qualification summaries
- Prepare candidates and hiring managers for interviews
- Participate in interview scheduling
- Attend technical interviews
Requirements
- Seeking a 6-month internship
- Master's-level studies in Human Resources, Occupational Psychology, Business, or equivalent
- First experience in recruitment or sourcing (internship or work-study)
- Comfortable communicating by phone
- Excellent communication skills in French
- Proficient with computer tools (Excel)
- Interest in digital recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS, AI)
- Basic knowledge of English
