About the role
- Work closely with experienced industry professionals and gain valuable, hands-on, full-time work experience
- Assist with improving information sharing and process flows between Project Management, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain/Warehouse teams
- Support mapping of work flows between departments by meeting directly with stakeholders involved throughout the manufacturing and supply chain process
- Assist with digitization projects to reduce manual workflows and create more efficient workflows between teams
- Document and understand how materials and products move throughout the manufacturing lifecycle
- Attention to detail and documenting the minutiae of operations will be imperative for success
Requirements
- Must be currently attending an accredited four-year college or university pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree with a related STEM, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or similar field of study
- Strong academic record with a preferred cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Conscientious self-starter with good organizational skills, project management skills and attention to detail
- Ability to balance multiple projects and priorities, must be able to multi-task
- Strong interpersonal communication and ability to collaborate with teams; must effectively operate independently, across functional lines, and with internal customers
- Demonstrated personal initiative, self-motivation, flexibility, adaptability and willingness to learn
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
