About the role
- Manage cardiologist-facing promotional materials, ensuring clinical accuracy, brand consistency, and regulatory compliance.
- Support the Promotional Review Board submission process for cardiology materials: learn, manage, and drive timely approvals and quality control of job submissions.
- Support development and delivery of congress assets for cardiology meetings, including booth materials, etc.
- Provide cross-functional support on ad hoc cardiology projects, collaborating with medical, marketing, and legal teams to meet project objectives.
- Contribute to tactical planning for the cardiology portfolio, translating strategy into actionable short-term initiatives.
- Develop and present at least one innovative cardiologist engagement tactic to the team, championing new approaches to enhance HCP relationships and clinical impact.
Requirements
- Must be a current student enrolled or recently graduated (graduation date no earlier than April 2026) at/from an accredited college or university pursuing at least a bachelor’s degree
- A completed or in progress undergraduate, graduate or doctoral degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Pharmacy, Life Sciences or a related discipline preferred
- Class year of a junior or senior preferred
- Strong academic record with a preferred cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Conscientious self-starter with good organizational skills, project management skills and attention to detail
- Ability to balance multiple projects and priorities, must be able to multi-task
- Strong interpersonal communication and ability to collaborate with teams; must effectively operate independently, across functional lines, and with internal customers
- Demonstrated personal initiative, self-motivation, flexibility, adaptability and willingness to learn
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
