About the role

  • The intern will become a part of the AI Engineering & GenAI team and help out in co-development of data engineering and data science routines related to projects run within Commercial, Marketing, Branding, Finance, Clinical, Medical and Regulatory Affairs (CMR) and AI Center of Excellence
  • The intern will focus on 1-2 key projects for the duration of the internship
  • Additionally time permitting, the intern can help create documentation and process flows for already established data engineering and data ingestion routines

Requirements

  • Must be a current student enrolled or recently graduated (graduation date no earlier than May 2026)
  • A completed or in progress undergraduate, graduate, or doctoral degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Programming/Coding or a related discipline preferred
  • Strong academic record with a preferred cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • Conscientious self-starter with good organizational skills, project management skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to balance multiple projects and priorities, must be able to multi-task
  • Strong interpersonal communication and ability to collaborate with teams; must effectively operate independently, across functional lines, and with internal customers
  • Demonstrated personal initiative, self-motivation, flexibility, adaptability and willingness to learn
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
