About the role
- Provide administrative support to the General Director and coordinate the Executive Committee
- Lead the planning and execution of internal events
- Manage logistics and coordinate with vendors
- Organize and secure documentation
- Promote cross-functional coordination and foster innovation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in administrative support or event coordination, particularly within a commercial organization
- Proven ability to manage internal events and support senior executives
- Fluent in French and English (spoken and written)
