About the role
- Create, draft, review, test and approve standard operating procedures to operate our new automated warehouse.
- Develop training materials in collaboration with the Training Project Manager to define needs.
- Collaborate with Denmark and other sites on standardization and documentation, including exchange workshops.
- Optimize processes and improve flows.
- Support new hires during onboarding and manage deviations during start-up.
- Contribute to operational readiness activities (Go-live preparation, readiness checklists, degraded-mode procedures and fallback scenarios).
- Work closely with automation, IT/OT and maintenance teams on operational processes related to AGV, WCS and SAP EWM systems.
Requirements
- Master’s degree (Bac+5) in logistics or supply chain; you are a logistics engineer.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in complex intra-logistics environments.
- Experience or significant exposure to automated logistics environments.
- Experience with international collaboration and working with technical teams.
- Strong written and verbal English skills required for workshops and international exchanges.
