About the role

  • Manage the S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) process for selected portfolios
  • Drive forecast accuracy and inventory management for allocated portfolios to meet customer demands
  • Ensure compliance with business and customer reporting requirements
  • Oversee delivery performance and ensure sufficient inventory is available to meet customer needs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers
  • Develop analytical tools to review and improve processes
  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for allocated product portfolios

Requirements

  • A university degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain management
  • Strong analytical skills with experience developing tools for process improvement
  • Lean/6 Sigma qualifications
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, fluent in spoken and written English
  • APICS certification and demonstrated experience in the medical industry
  • Proven ability to apply technical qualifications and industry experience to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement
