About the role
- Manage the S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) process for selected portfolios
- Drive forecast accuracy and inventory management for allocated portfolios to meet customer demands
- Ensure compliance with business and customer reporting requirements
- Oversee delivery performance and ensure sufficient inventory is available to meet customer needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers
- Develop analytical tools to review and improve processes
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for allocated product portfolios
Requirements
- A university degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain management
- Strong analytical skills with experience developing tools for process improvement
- Lean/6 Sigma qualifications
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, fluent in spoken and written English
- APICS certification and demonstrated experience in the medical industry
- Proven ability to apply technical qualifications and industry experience to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement
