About the role
- Serve as the strategic finance partner to the CAC and SAM leadership teams
- Be a trusted business partner and advisor to the General Managers and the Leadership Teams of CAC and SAM clusters, ensuring proactive monitoring of financial performance through data-driven analysis and insights
- Oversee the achievement of financial targets by streamlining internal financial processes through digital innovation, shared services, and outsourcing, while ensuring strict compliance with local regulations
- Collaborate closely with the Supply Chain responsible to optimize operational efficiency and service quality
- Translate strategic objectives into actionable initiatives that empower teams to achieve positive financial, environmental, and social impacts, enhancing overall business performance
Requirements
- University degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering or related field
- Master’s degree in relevant field is an advantage
- Minimum 8+ years of broad finance experience, preferably including exposure to multiple finance functions
- Proven leadership experience, including managing direct reports and operating within a matrix organisation
- Strong commercial business acumen with demonstrated ability to translate financial insight into business decisions
- Experience in multinational environments, ideally in pharmaceuticals, medical devices or consumer goods
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills — ability to influence with and without formal authority
- Fluency in English is a must-have and ability to communicate in Spanish is preferable
- Experience in finance planning, transformative/innovation projects and digital finance initiatives will be considered as an asset
