About the role
- Ensure the proper operation and compliance of Black Utilities production systems by performing preventive and corrective maintenance, managing documentation, tracking interventions, and overseeing related quality activities.
- Lead and manage subcontracting activities, ensuring regulatory compliance, monitoring performance, controlling budgets, and serving as the interface between internal requirements and external contractors.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and problem solving by deploying LEAN practices, optimizing processes, and supporting teams in identifying and addressing improvement opportunities.
- Execute low-impact engineering and technical projects by defining specifications, coordinating stakeholders, planning quality tests, and ensuring deadlines and technical requirements are met.
Requirements
- Degree in engineering or equivalent professional experience.
- Proactive attitude with excellent communication and adaptability skills.
- Technical knowledge of industrial Black Utilities (hot/cold water, compressed air, air handling units - AHU).
- Strong interpersonal skills, a good team spirit, curiosity, and the ability to work autonomously.
- Demonstrated rigor, autonomy, and a collaborative mindset.
- Knowledge of safety rules and the ability to adapt handling to products and the environment.
