About the role
- Lead the end-to-end people agenda for GBS Mexico
- Develop and implement HR strategy, policies and programs aligned with corporate standards and local laws
- Drive HR digitalization, standardization and optimization
- Lead talent acquisition, retention, succession planning and learning & development initiatives
- Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, investigations and performance management
- Manage compensation & benefits benchmarking and compliance
- Oversee office operations for the Mexico City GBS site
Requirements
- University degree in HR, business administration, psychology, organisational psychology or related field
- Advanced degree (MBA/Master) is highly preferred
- Extensive HR experience spanning strategic and operational HR functions
- Proven track record leading HR teams and delivering HR transformation
- Experience in Shared Services/Global Business Services or the pharma industry is a strong advantage
- Deep knowledge of Mexican employment law and regulatory requirements
- Bilingual: fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written)
