About the role

  • Lead the end-to-end people agenda for GBS Mexico
  • Develop and implement HR strategy, policies and programs aligned with corporate standards and local laws
  • Drive HR digitalization, standardization and optimization
  • Lead talent acquisition, retention, succession planning and learning & development initiatives
  • Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, investigations and performance management
  • Manage compensation & benefits benchmarking and compliance
  • Oversee office operations for the Mexico City GBS site

Requirements

  • University degree in HR, business administration, psychology, organisational psychology or related field
  • Advanced degree (MBA/Master) is highly preferred
  • Extensive HR experience spanning strategic and operational HR functions
  • Proven track record leading HR teams and delivering HR transformation
  • Experience in Shared Services/Global Business Services or the pharma industry is a strong advantage
  • Deep knowledge of Mexican employment law and regulatory requirements
  • Bilingual: fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written)
