About the role
- Manage Users, Configuration, Changes, Risks, Incidents
- Process application code changes, including updates of Functional Specifications, Code review, Programming, Testing
- Troubleshooting and Diagnostics on the system and process application code
- IT Security management, including system hardening, patches, and anti-malware
- Continuity management, including Monitoring of backups and Recovery
- Life Cycle Management, including system upgrades and hardware upgrades
Requirements
- A BSc or MSc within Engineering, Computer Science, or another relevant field
- Knowledge of Process Control and associated documentation e.g. PID’s, control strategies, S88
- Knowledge of server and IT infrastructure management e.g., patching, performance monitoring, network setup
