About the role
- Participate in IO initiatives and projects
- Ensure successful implementation and post-go-live support
- Dive deep into SCM O2C processes to analyze and propose improvements
- Conduct operational reviews for affiliates
- Drive standardization and optimization of processes across regions
- Provide reporting support to enable key decisions within the supply chain
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- Develop project scope, objectives, and risk management plans
Requirements
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in Order-to-Cash (O2C) and project delivery
- Subject matter expertise in O2C
- Hands-on, end-to-end O2C experience
- Proficient in SAP/ S4 HANA modules SD and FI
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven client-management capability
- Experience supporting and driving Global project rollouts
- Drive month-end closing activities and operational tasks
- Experience driving standardization and optimization within a team
- Ability to coordinate with internal stakeholders and IT team
