About the role
- Design and operationalise a comprehensive ecosystem of digital and non-digital solutions to support obesity care.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create and execute strategies for a holistic care ecosystem.
- Drive campaign activation and develop engagement with targeted customers.
- Analyse customer insights and track performance metrics to inform decision-making.
- Foster team development by mentoring and empowering members, while leading cross-functional collaboration to align marketing initiatives with ecosystem objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in commercial marketing or customer experience, with a focus on driving business growth.
- Strong expertise in developing and reviewing commercial marketing campaigns from strategy to performance.
- At least 3 years of leadership experience, managing cross-functional teams and complex marketing ecosystems.
- Fluency in English and Japanese, with strong relationship-building skills with key stakeholders in global organizations.
