About the role
- Lead patient & consumer insights: design and deliver an insights generation plan to inform and own the patient strategy — including segmentation, patient journeys, and a clear vision for best-in-class patient experience across Novo Nordisk and partner ecosystems.
- Build and run activation campaigns: develop and execute omnichannel disease-awareness and patient-activation campaigns in collaboration with public and private partners.
- Manage agencies and coordinate with APAC/HQ stakeholders to ensure timely, high-impact delivery.
- Leverage strategic partnerships: identify, engage and manage cross-functional internal and external partnerships to improve patient journeys and integrate solutions into Novo Nordisk and partner digital and hybrid health ecosystems.
- Define consumer go-to-market & launch readiness: design optimal engagement and care models for self-pay patients and build capabilities that deliver exceptional patient and consumer experiences for current products and upcoming launches.
- Drive obesity therapy area development: work cross-functionally with marketing, commercial, medical, corporate affairs and market access to define and advance priorities for the obesity therapy area.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in life sciences, communications, marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in consumer marketing, preferably within life sciences (ethical, semi-ethical, OTC), omnichannel communications, strategic marketing, and business development.
- Experience in digital health or digital patient engagement initiatives is an advantage.
- Fluency in Vietnamese and English.
