About the role
- Assist with organizing the department
- Manage projects and prepare updates for senior leadership
- Develop and maintain the Crisis Management and Security database
- Collect and summarize key information for executives
- Track and measure KPIs
- Contribute to redesigning the Global Security website
- Explore and recommend improvements for collaboration tools
- Support data reporting initiatives
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a combination
- General knowledge about project management
- Experience in engaging with different stakeholders
- Comfortable with MS Office
- Strong academic credentials
- Relevant work/extracurricular activities experience
- Strong analytical mindset with qualitative and quantitative skills
- Organised and structured with clear communication abilities
- Natural leadership qualities and high professional expectations
- Strong work ethics with a 'can-do' attitude
- Fluent in spoken and written English
