About the role

  • Serve as Key Account Manager (KAM) for multi-regional International Operations strategic partners, owning commercial relationships, strategic expansion plans, and performance tracking
  • Design and implement business development frameworks, best practices, and governance to enable and accelerate local and regional partnerships
  • Drive the online selling partnership agenda across International Operations, ensuring strong stakeholder management with regional leads and IO-SO Commercial Insights, Marketing & Medical, Legal, etc.
  • Conduct market assessments and data-driven analysis to scout and prioritize new partnership opportunities
  • Act as a strategic co-creator with partners to develop and scale online selling solutions
  • Negotiate, structure, and close strategic partnerships that deliver measurable commercial impact

Requirements

  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in business development, strategy, or partnerships
  • Proven track record in identifying and negotiating strategic partnerships and driving revenue growth
  • Experience in e-health channels and direct-to-patient business models is paramount
  • Experience in commercial strategy, sales channels, or new product development is highly desirable
  • Deep understanding of market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer´s needs to identify and evaluate new sales and marketing growth opportunities
  • Strategic leadership in developing and negotiating partnerships, driving business growth, and aligning with organizational goals
  • Strong analytical, financial skills, leveraging data and innovation to identify new opportunities and optimize outcomes
  • Proven ability to build relationships, lead cross-functional teams, and communicate complex strategies effectively to diverse stakeholders.
