About the role
- shape and maintain the Medical Affairs strategy and annual action plans
- build strong scientific relationships with external stakeholders
- drive evidence generation and support clinical research activities
- lead, develop, and inspire the Medical Affairs team
- provide Medical Support and drive innovative initiatives to support patient activation activities
Requirements
- background as medical doctor / pharmacist or PhD in life sciences
- minimum of 5 years of medical experience in Pharma industry or FMCG, for example in diabetology, obesity, cardiometabolic diseases
- proven experience as a people manager minimum of 2 years
- excellent training and presentation abilities
- business understanding and business acumen
- high ability to manage complexity and to work with agility
