About the role
- Close collaboration with leaders to develop and implement the People & Organization (P&O) agenda
- Act as a trusted advisor supporting leaders on organizational and personnel matters and offering constructive solutions
- Drive organizational development and strategic workforce planning by identifying future talent needs, optimizing resources, and closing gaps to improve workforce efficiency, scalability, and agility
- Manage transformation processes including change management, resource optimization, and identification of future talent needs, and guide performance management and talent development
- Lead selected internal P&O projects and subprojects and advance P&O initiatives
Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources
- Several years of relevant experience as an HR Business Partner in operational and strategic HR
- Experience with HR-related matters in a corporate/group environment
- Experience working with works councils
- Many years of relevant experience in operational and strategic HR
- Foundational experience and methodological knowledge in Compensation and Benefits
- In-depth knowledge of social security and collective agreement law (social insurance and labor/collective bargaining law)
