About the role
- Demonstrate deep technical expertise in the AEM ecosystem, including AEM Sites, Assets, and Forms.
- Lead and mentor a team of AEM Content Authors, providing guidance and support.
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of AEM projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and project objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate Figma designs into fully functional web pages.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, backend developers, and business stakeholders, to ensure seamless integration of AEM solutions.
- Stay updated with industry best practices, AEM updates, and emerging technologies, and advocate for their adoption within the team.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s / master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- Extensive experience with Adobe Experience Manager, including AEM Sites, Assets, and Forms.
- Proficiency in Java, HTL (Sightly), and front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Proven experience in leading technical teams and managing projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) in Adobe Experience Manager.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Scrum principles, and DevOps practices.
