About the role

  • Establish Novo Nordisk as a scientific leader in the cardiometabolic area
  • Deliver high‑quality medical and scientific support to clinicians and healthcare professionals
  • Translate complex clinical evidence into clear, actionable insights
  • Build and maintain productive relationships with key customers and institutions
  • Lead multi‑channel scientific engagement that supports marketed products and future portfolio
  • Identify, contact, develop and maintain relationships with key customers, KOLs and major institutions
  • Provide medical and scientific support, education and training to HCPs, KOLs and colleagues
  • Facilitate and support advisory boards, symposia and educational seminars
  • Generate, report and translate value-adding insights from KOL interactions
  • Support local clinical activities by identifying potential trial sites and assisting feasibility assessments

Requirements

  • Hold a university degree in Natural Sciences (PhD preferred) or Medicine
  • Have ideally more than 2 years’ relevant pharmaceutical industry experience or equivalent professional experience
  • Be able to understand, synthesise and communicate complex scientific and clinical data to varied audiences
  • Possess excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills
  • Be self-starting with high ownership and accountability and able to lead medical projects locally
  • Be fluent in German and English (knowledge of French or Italian is an advantage)
