About the role
- Lead financial planning, analysis, and decision support to drive commercial performance and growth across the APAC region.
- Manage the end-to-end finance planning calendar, coordinate and consolidate inputs from APAC markets.
- Conduct in-depth competitive, patient, and in-market sales performance analyses to inform forecasting, pricing optimization, market access, and commercial decision-making.
- Support launch readiness and go-to-market activities for new products by performing market analyses, tracking commercial performance, and advising on resource allocation to maximize uptake.
- Serve as Finance Executive Assistant to the Head of Finance & Operations by coordinating preparation and follow-up for Business Reviews and Board briefings.
Requirements
- Preferably an MBA or master’s degree in finance or a related field; professional certifications such as CPA or CMA are an advantage.
- Minimum 8-10 years in finance roles, including at least 3 years within the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
- Strong proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and experience with Power Query and Power BI for reporting and data analysis.
- A strong influencer with independent thinking, excellent planning/prioritization skills, and a “can-do,” play-to-win mindset.
